Courageous Optometry

Went to pick up some glasses only to find the store was closed. I checked both on Google and on their site for their store hours and they're supposed to be open until 8pm. Tell me why I went there a little before 7pm to see the store shuttered already? I work nights so it's hard to do these things during the day especially when you expect these stores open at a certain time. Please update the store hours so that it reflects the actual open hours.

The best experience by far for me getting glasses has always been with Janine at Lens Crafters in Jefferson Valley. She knows exactly what looks good on me and what my vision needs are. She is an expert!

I came here last year it was a great experience how ever the posted hours do not match the business hours. Was a disappointment to see that I have to comeback another day to pick up my script.

What a wasted trip. Store updated its hours a week ago to note closes at 9pm on Saturday snd we drive half an hour and it’s closed! And the store sign hours don’t match its online hours. Grrrrr

The staff is friendly and the doctor was very patient and informative. She has very good bedside manner. I did have to wait beyond my appointment time but the wait was not too long.
