Had an entire email exchange scheduling an appointment with Nathaniel Wood. Scheduled for a Friday appointment at 7:30 am. There’s no one here. No one responded to a phone call, no one responding to emails. This is bad business. Not understanding that people schedule appointments so this DOESN’T happen because we have busy lives is a terrible practice. Would not recommend this place 👎
