I was looking for a home based eye clinic here in Coweta and I definitely found my home here, everyone there during my appointment was so sweet. Shania took great care of me and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I found my perfect glasses and I couldn’t have asked for a better eye clinic! Our adult family of 3 recently moved to Oklahoma from Texas where we had long-established relationships with our individual optometrists. However, we are ALL now clients at Advanced Family Eye Care! All three of us, individually, had the most amazing and positive experience at AFEC! The team is remarkable, kind, pleasant and highly customer service oriented. While in the waiting area, I overheard a phone call with what appeared to be an apprehensive potential client. The team member was kind, patient and hyper communicative with the client; I was even more comfortable and relaxed just from listening to her! After she hung up, I, literally, applauded her skillset AND customer service mentality. We're so grateful we found AFEC and highly recommend. Coming back nearly a year later to share that the outstanding customer service is not a fluke! Our second appointments were just as delightful as last year. And of special note, my 91 year old Dad has very stubborn eyes. It took a couple of folks to assist him, but they were ALL beyond patient, kind and supportive. Every person encountered is kind, pleasant, patient and a real delight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Absolutely love AFEC! Dr. Burbee sees all three of my kids ages 4-9. She is so kind and works so well with the kids. Gabrielle at the front the desk always greats us so politely, and helps with all our questions. They are so good with the kids and help them have a positive and amazing experience at the eye doctor!
I am a new patient to Dr. Ross and felt like he listened to my concerns. I am looking forward to getting my glasses and be able to see again. The tech Hayden did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming to myself and my wife. Thank you for taking the time to make our appointments enjoyable. We can't wait to get our new glasses.
