Wonderful Experience at Your Clinic! 👁️✨ I wanted to share my recent experience at your clinic. I made an appointment because I was having some pain in my left eye, and they scheduled me for the very next day. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and overall amazing! 😊 The doctor took the time to do a full examination and prescribed an eye drop and cream that have really helped. I’m giving a 5-star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to commend the entire staff and doctor for being so awesome and friendly! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing eye care. Had good experience with both my girls. Got back and seen in a timely matter. The staff were friendly and when it came to getting the glasses the ladies did an excellent job helping my girls find a pair. Also when my youngest daughter, who has to wear her glasses on a daily basis, got the frame broken they made it an easy process of just switching them out.

Hurried 3 kids out of the house in the morning to show up for their eye appointment in Broken Arrow. They informed me that their optometrist was officing in Tulsa that day. That would have been great to have been told beforehand considering my wife called the Broken Arrow location for an appointment. Why would we call the BA location for an appointment to be scheduled for a Tulsa appointment, and how would we even know that without being told? Just another example of front desks in Dr's offices having no sense whatsoever and looking at you like you're the problem. Next time I'll read your mind I guess?

Be ready to wait. We have been going here many years. No problems with doctors and staff but there is always a wait.

This place needs to learn proper scheduling, if you have small toddlers beware. I brought my 2 children for eye appointments we made months ago for 8:30am appointment. Arrived early and by 9am we were still in waiting area and told they were waiting for a room. By 9:15am it was a very long time for a 22 month old to wait and he was getting tired and needed to be done soon for nap time. We were the told it would be longer wait in the back at 9:20am. I will not be bringing my children back here, the purpose of bringing my children at first appointments is to ensure these things don’t occur. Parents beware if your child is young and incapable of sitting still or quiet for long wait times. Also the tech was extremely rude when asked how much longer once we went back (fyi her answer it’ll be a long wait).
