Rhis was my first time in this walmart. I came in yesterday around 7pm to buy a new phone and switch service. The woman working in the electronics department Mellisa Walker acted very annoyed and she was very argumentative. Cut me off everytime i tried to ask a question and treated me like i was stupid. Then after i got approved for a new phone plan and picked out the phone i was gonna purchase she got angry started speaking negatively towards me and took the phone , closed out all the progress made to make my purchase after an hour of working with this person and she said its time for her to leave and just left. Customer service skills were totally absent and acted very unappreciative for my buisness. I will not be returning to this location and i am shocked that this kind of attitude towards the customer is tolerated. Thanks for waisting my time and gas it took to come there
So different from other Walmarts. It actually felt strange with the low lights and the quiet, but it was so nice. This was at 1 in the afternoon on Friday, so you would expect Walmart to be noisy and lively. This Walmart is gorgeous. It looks like The Gap in the clothing department. My only real issue is the deli. There was only one person working the deli. The hot food looked terrible. They had no mashed potatoes, and the beans looked like they would make you sick. They had no ready-made stuff in the heater. For a Walmart that beautiful, you would expect higher standards with their deli. My Walmart in Sand Springs always has hot, fresh, and ready food!
Typical Walmart experience. Can't even shop because they've got their carts and shipment blocking off everything
Unpleasant pharmacist staff at Broken Arrow Walmart in Kenosha (4/25/26). Called from the hospital to refill a prescription for a patient, waiting several minutes on hold (as I am actively rounding on patient's, responding to codes, taking consultations, etc.,) and staff could not wait less than 1 minute to verify the prescription was sent over to them in order to avoid a delay to patient care as well as to avoid additional phone calls as I was actively signing the order. If this is how they treat medical professionals I truly wonder how they treat the general population.
