The eye exam and the Dr was amazing! However, when I went by to pick up my daughter's glasses a few days later was not a good experience. I arrived just before the clinic opened so I could pick up and be on my way to work. I was asked to take a seat and someone would be out shortly. Another person came in after me and was assisted before I was. If I would have waited any longer I would have been late for work. I made my way to the front desk to let the receptionist know I was running out of time and was told she would go let someone know, I waited for a few more minutes and still no glasses. I went back to the receptionist to ask if someone could just bring my daughters glasses out so I could be on my way and was basically told someone would get to me whenever they could. I finally had to just leave empty handed after being told they were short staffed. So, now I have to make another attempt at pick up. Their business hours are very inconvenient which makes coordinating a pick up rather ridiculous unless you take off of work.
