Eyemart Express

I showed up 15 min before closing and encountered hostility. My daughter picked out 2 frames quickly. They told me her glasses wouldn't be ready today (obviously). A woman showed up and cleared the register of cash (fine, I was planning to pay with a card). Then I asked them to look up the cost of both frames. The woman in charge closed out their system while the male employee was looking up the cost. He asked her what was going on. She said the system shuts down automatically after 5 p.m. I took my daughters prescription and left. Completely unprofessional. They made us feel unwelcome and like a burden.

Extremely polite, and helpful. These workers just want you find your fit of frames so you feel confident and are able to see, some frames are a bit pricey but there are a wide variety of frames to pick between, my visits have been great I would of liked it if I was told if my frames were broken it can be replaced with minimal charge, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve a lower rating great service.

Everyone was very nice. I wanted to use my old frames and was unable to. I was also told my frames were discontinued, BUT they were able to find me a frame that was almost exactly the same. I was so excited. They were done in ten minutes and all was good. They also were very patient while my husband tried on glasses until he found the perfect fit for himself. I do feel like it was a bit pricy, but what isn't these days. I feel like I would pick a lens and then more fees would be added and it honestly felt neverending.

Great customer service once my turn came up. The guy (John?) was left alone with a shop full of people. 12+. 2 people had quit that day and the manager went home for her birthday. This store always seems under staffed and apparently has a very high turnover rate. In my experience that’s not an employee problem but an employer problem. Maybe call undercover boss…. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I LOVE going to this location! My son tends to always break his glasses and really relies on them for school. It gets busy but the staff is always so friendly and professional. Our most recent visit for new glasses was done in less than 1 hour!
