I was greeted by a very friendly staff member that was very helpful. All staff that took me step by step knew their jobs quite well and were impressive. DR Fern is very nice and made me understand and feel confident about what he was explaining to me regarding my stuation.

Dr Fern is a pro! If you need a top notch ophthalmologist, he's your man. Thorough, great communicator, great staff and two convenient locations....
Professional staff and I’m glad the staff addresses patients by their last names- Mrs. Brown, Mr. Smith, etc. that’s important as the relationship is doctor/patient not friends. Dr. Fern is a compassionate physician who listens and provides explanations in a language lay people can understand.
