Doctor Zeuch is fantastic. The staff I've interacted with here over many years are professional, patient, and helpful. Everyone does a wonderful job explaining any questions I've had about eye health, machines used, and insurance benefits.

The ladies that work here are so helpful.I wouldn't go anywhere else

Today was my first visit. I absolutely love this place! The Dr is very knowledgeable and caring. He answered all of my questions, and discussed different options. The lovely ladies up front are very friendly. They made sure that I understood my insurance coverage and held me pick out some frames. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks for the great care

I went to Crawford Eye Clinic for ~25 years of my life, and I have to give all the credit to Dr Zeuch and his commitment to providing care and clearly loving what he does. There was a period of my life where I suffered from repeat eye infections that was eventually diagnosed as an allergy to an eye solution I was using. I was always fit into his schedule that day to make sure I was attended to and got new meds. Really appreciate everything he did for me the entire time. Almost all experience with the front desk / pre-eval has been really great. However, I saw some reviews on here citing less-than-satisfactory customer service and I will agree as I've seen it myself (moreso in recent years). Nonetheless, I couldn't give anything but 5 stars as one occasional bad seed does not dismiss all the great care I’ve received for such a long period of time.

Had my first appointment today, had eye exam and was fitted for contacts. The doctor and the staff were super nice. I'm a very anxious person, especially at new places but the doctor made me feel at ease, he was so friendly. Definitely recommend.
