My appt was on time. The Dr. was awesome. She explained her concerns, developed a plan of care for me and took the time to reassure me. My eye exam was thorough. When checking my new prescription I did not feel rushed and she was very reassuring that I was making the correct choices for the best vision possible.

I wanted some glasses repaired but they didn't qualify because I didn't get the frames there. Only the lenses. I was able to get in within a couple hours for much needed eye exam and got two new pairs of glasses. Everybody was very accommodating and kind

So kind, easy and quick! From making the appointment online, to telephone confirmation for insurance, and the easiest eye exam of all time. I'm actually excited to be stepping into progressive lenses!

Incredible staff, front facing and behind the scenes- Dr was very clear relaying information and listening to concerns. Received my items days prior to quoted timeframe. The most fun I've had picking out new frames in 30 years; can't recommend enough!
