Such an amazing experience. From start to finish, polite and professional staff. We loved our med technician Maylissa who was helpful and kind and willing to take time with my over-80 mom! Dr. Shawn was equally wonderful. It’s clear he sets high expectations for his employees. Today’s appointment was, by far, the most thorough eye exam we’ve experienced and we walked out feeling very informed.
This eye care is the best! This was my first visit and I was in and out in a timely manner. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Sam is a cool dude and totally got all my corny dad jokes. If you have a sense of humor, use it at this place, they’ll get it.
I was out of state on vacation when I needed an emergency eye exam. Creekside Family Eye Care was the only office that would see me without going to the ER first. They got me in on the same day and I was seen within hours. The staff were all so friendly, kind and efficient. Dr. Shawn was amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. He quickly identified the problem and knew exactly what to do. After the examination, he put my mind at ease and told me what to look for in the immediate future. They also accepted my insurance. In a word, my experience at Creekside Family Eye Care, was GREAT!!
The staff was very accommodating to my special need. Everybody was friendly and kind. Check in was easy and the wait short. Dr. Kim was wonderful. The team got my eye needs all sorted out. Just need to head back to pick up my new eyeglasses prescription. I highly recommend them.
This was my first visit and they made me feel so welcome and taken care of! I waited a long time to get my appointment but it was worth the wait. From the tech who ran my tests to the Dr who performed my exam it was a wonderful experience! Plus the office staff were so friendly and helpful! If you are looking for a new eye doctor, then look no further!
