From establishing an appointment all the way through to follow-ups, the staff is very accommodating and truly kind. Dr. Earle is amazing! She is so friendly and so caring. She addresses all my concerns with genuine interest and clarification. I appreciate the positive, pleasant experience! I highly recommend Baxter Eye Care in New Bern.

Wonderful staff and prompt service. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Baxter is warm and knowledgeable. He takes time to answer questions. I felt very well taken care of.

First impression walking in the sun filled, meticulously clean front entrance was a big welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful. As I was moved to exam area I was struck by the cheerful, well designed tidiness of the entire office and exam area. The nurse went over my history and did some testing. Dr Baxter came in looking dapper and we chatted about the old and new NewBern. He tested my eyes for everything. BEST eye doctor I've met in 83 years. I'm here to stay.
