We have been patients at Creekside since my youngest was 3, he will be 21 in August. Anyway, aside from Dr. Norris and Dr. Windsor being patient, kind, and amazing, their staff is top notch...but that's not even what this review is about. I'm at the age where bifocals were necessary, and I have tried to wear them since February with no real luck, due to mobility issues from a major surgery, they just aren't for me. I figured I would save up some money to buy another pair that are single vision. In the meantime, my husband's glasses broke and he didnt have a spare. Gorilla glue and tape were a fail. He made an appt to get a script to hopefully get a pair quickly elsewhere (he is kind of blind as a bat) After sharing with the opticians the plan, they said "dont worry, we will find some loaner frames that fit your frames until your new ones come in". WOW!!! Who does that? A small town amazing company, that's who. To top it off, I asked him to see what the cost of replacement for my glasses would be...again, I bought them in February..3 months ago and fully expected to pay for a new pain.they are replacing those for free too!! I know a warranty is likely involved, but what would have been an expensive visit and inconvenient 2 weeks cost us $32.00 Thank you to the WHOLE staff at Creekside for really being patient centric.
