Sunshine was extremely helpful. I came in with a broken frame and she was able to get me set up with a new frame that fit my lenses for completely free! And she was able to get paint splatter off of my prescription safety glasses as well. Great service, highly recommend!
Martina, Dr. VonSeggern, and Sunshine were so friendly and welcoming! Dr. VonSeggern is patient, professional, and has a calm, relaxed demeanor that suits his profession perfectly. He suspected that I might have cataracts, based on my responses, and the exam confirmed his suspicions. He answered all my questions throughly, and made the diagnosis a lot less scary. Martina was amazing in helping me choose my new frames, and put up with my silly jokes. She was extremely supportive, professional, and made the whole experience a pleasure! Even though it was the end of the day, I never felt rushed. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
I LOVE Rx Optical in Hastings! Cheri is wonderful and helps me in so many ways each time I’m in. She has the answer to every question I have (or will find out very quick) and always gives great advice with glasses, storage, cleaning, fitting, etc. The entire team of opticians at this location is wonderful as well, they all step in to help no matter what. Also, Dr. Vonseggern is always great. He is very smart and knowledgeable, but also takes the time to explain every test and result to me. I never feel confused about why a certain decision was made, or how any part of the process works! Highly recommend the team here at Rx Optical in Hastings!
I highly recommend this office! Jeffery VonSeggern, O.D., is very thorough, and will explain the testing as you go. He is very pleasant, and made me feel at ease. If you have any questions, he takes the time to explain. The staff is also very nice, and helpful. I had Martina help me. She explained all of the pricing, as well as helped me keep within the budget that I was hoping for. Did not try to “up-sell” or pressure me. Thank you, Hastings RX Optical!
The Hastings Rxoptical is the most amazing office ever. They really know how to treat you like family there. I have never experience that amount of care they show for everyone that walks in. Whether it be for an appointment or just browsing. I was greeted promptly by Sunshine, she is very knowledgeable and a great pleasure to work with. She will for now on be my go to person for all my eye care needs. Repairs, cleaning, adjustments or just questions about your prescription whatever you need go see Sunshine she will get you taken care of.
