We had a good experience- I was a little nervous from all the neg reviews but reception was warm and welcoming, Dr was friendly and informative. They were patient with us explaining what was/wasn’t covered on our insurance.
My wife scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later. Day before, get a call that appointment has to be rescheduled for unforseen issue. 30 days later and 2 1/2hrs before appointment get another unforseen issue and refuse to give her a courtesy for 3rd appointment for after 4pm.(Teachers work till 3:35pm) Either take a day off or come on a weekend. Decided they're actually going to continue to treat us like we haven't been understanding and accommodating to their unforseen continuous issues. Told my wife we can find a better optometrist and can do without the curry. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS UNFORSEEN OPTOMETRIST!!!
Very quick and easy. Great prices. They said my glasses would be ready in two weeks and they were a week early. They even replaced a pair I accidentally broke (less than a week in) within 3 days. Best place I've ever been to in the 15 years that I've been wearing glasses.
Best what? 😀 The Dr.is ok, but his there once a week, or not even. The other person don't know nothing and not nice! I don't recommend it until they make it better with normal open hours..with Dr.. Oh..and the frames collection is poor too and overpriced. I don't know why they opened it if they don't care, just about the NYC location..
I got my glasses here and two weeks later the lens fell out and I got no response from the office. They are really bad would not recommend them to anyone!!!
