Crown Vision Center - Lindell

Good optometrists, I saw two of them and they're both friendly and knowledgeable. I can see clearly now and it is more affordable than the other in the area. The front desk attendants might come across as rude to some people, though. For example, I like to take a couple deep breaths once in a while for my anxiety, but when I did it in the front office one time, the lady said "why you keep breathing in my face" in a really sassy tone, which offended me for a bit and made me conscious about my breathing, but again, it might part of the culture that I don't understand.

My first eye exam visit at this location. This whole Crown optical was Outstanding and Superb. It’s 4 beautiful ladies and male eye doctor on 5/1/2026. Very pleasant experience. Compared to others. They’re not lazy in helping the patients. Thank you kindly ♥️

If I could give this store a zero I would. Dr. Fullenwider is wonderful but his support staff and the manager are pure trash. They are rude, disrespectful, and don’t care to listen. Also, if you leave a message don’t expect a phone call back. I would pick any eye place over this one. Crown Vision used to be great but they are now trash.

After receiving the wrong contacts, I also experienced unprofessional phone etiquette. Long wait times even with an appointment. The staff was kind in person, but for a corporate chain customers should receive more quality service. The Ladue and CWE locations are not consistent, but CWE should not be subpar just because of the neighborhood.

My visit at Crown Vision Center is always pleasant from the time I walk in the door. The employees are warm, kind and friendly. The receptionist Spirit is very uplifting which assures the atmosphere of professionalism regardless of who you encounter or whose chair you might sit in. I am sure I speak for the countless customers you serve in saying THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE Crown Vision staff.
