My daughter & I have been patients at crown vision for about 10 years & we both LOVE Dr. Lutz. A lot of the office staff has been very friendly and helpful, but over the past couple of years, we have had issues with some of the office staff being quite rude & glasses that we ordered were misplaced in the office on more than 1 occasion(they were eventually found). We always just looked past the negative things because we love Dr. Lutz so much, but unfortunately, after having a member of the office staff(it may have been the office manager, but I am not for sure) fiat out lie to me, we have decided to no longer use Crown Vision Lindenwood. I wish Dr. Lutz saw patients at a different location so we could continue to see him because we will very much miss having him as our provider & if i were rating just him, he’d certainly receive 5+ stars.

I like the location and the whole staff especially Dr.Lutz. I love getting a discount and they gave me a great Birthday gift card. I really recommend that people give that location a visit. They get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up🙂.

Prices not clear. Kept adding on items and quoting prices for glasses but kept the paper they were referring to from view. Kept saying how good my insurance was as the price kept going up. Staff member kept changing how long the period of time was to make a correction or return if the lenses were incorrect. Would not return!!

Quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great at sending reminders for appointments and letting me know when my glasses were ready for pick up.

Been going to crown vision for 5 years now. I love Dr. Lutz.He is very good as well as the stuffs.I would recommend to my friends and family.
