Dr. Chew at Crystal Clear Vision Center was fantastic. I was able to book a same-day eye exam easily through Zocdoc, which made scheduling incredibly convenient. The appointment was efficient, thorough, and I was able to get my updated prescription without any hassle. Highly recommend for anyone needing a seamless and professional eye exam experience.
I had an incredibly difficult time getting and eye exam with my insurance, with appointment dates months into the future. I was able to get into Crystal Clear within a week -- a huge relief as my glasses broke and I had an expired prescription. The appointment was incredibly fast and efficient, the staff was really welcoming and engaging, and overall had a great experience.
Great optometrist. Both the doctor and staff are wonderful. They are always so nice and make sure to help you get the most from your insurance.
There people answering the phone is rude and Teresa lies about she does deal with glacoma people but doesn't deal with older women and they need to closed
