Dr. Ha is a patient, thorough, and caring optometrist. Quinn did an outstanding job in helping me get fitted for progressive lenses. The administraive staff are friendly and professional.They have an excellent selection of eye glasses in the showroom. I've been going to Drs. Hall & Szeto Optometry for more than 35 years, even though I no long live or work in San Francisco.
I am going to plus all the other reviews. My experience with the doctors and the technician were amazing. Sadly, the eye store folks not so much. They did not have frame I was looking for and mentioned to me that they can order it for me if I give them the style number, though once I buy it that’s it which I get. Found the style and model of the frame I liked and emailed them for a quote, a week later no response. I just thought it’d be easier to do this via email. Not sure if I’ll come back.
I went in for a regular eye check-up and had a great experience. Dr. Szeto was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything. She was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was super friendly, the appointment started right on time, and all the tests were quick and efficient. Using my insurance was straightforward and hassle-free. I also received help with my contact lens fitting, and Dr. Szeto took extra time to ensure my prescription was accurate and that the trial lenses felt comfortable. My contact lenses no longer feel painful, which has made a big difference. Overall, a smooth and positive experience - I would definitely recommend this office.
Been a customer for years. For the last 2 have had quality issues with the glasses. Lenses falling out within the month, prescripted power/center is off. While the staff is pleasant to interact with, the customer followup is non existent. Orders keep getting delayed and you are told that you will be called back but that doesn't happen, weeks pass by. Pretty disappointing
I ordered a pair of glasses here, three months later no update. I had to come to their store twice, call twice, and no one ever bothered to update or follow up about this order. I eventually had to cancel this order. I don’t know how long more they would have waited had I not personally come to their store to cancel the order. Still they couldn’t refund me and asked me to call again later.
