The front desk staff are so sweet and friendly. Dr.Nyugen is very professional and answers all my concerns and questions. He makes sure your eyes are well taken care of. The environment is very nice and very welcoming. I just like it all! Great experience!
Dr Nguyen and the staff are excellent. He is thorough and explains everything clearly. I appreciated that they worked in my son next day. He found the issue and cant say how greatful I am to Dr Nguyen. His front desk staff is extremely helpful and were able to find me a coupon for the Rx we needed.
Made an appoint on May 8, 2026 for Monday June 1, 2026. Filled out forms and confirmed appointment in May 25, 2026. Went in for appointment and was told, “I’m sorry you don’t have an appointment, did you confirm?” I showed the woman my confirmation text and email and she said, “He has a family of six he’s seeing right now and you don’t have an appointment” There was no apology, just you don’t have an appointment. She was very rude. Awful customer service for someone that has been a loyal patient for more than 12 years. I will not be returning and neither will my 3 children.
Great office and wonderful DOCTOR and staff. Always helpful and friendly. Appointment is always on time.
All the staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Nguyen was AWESOME !!! And Gabriel was beyond hospitable and professional. A thumbs up for sure!
