I have to give kudos to the ladies @ Envision eye for their patience and professionalism❤️They wear a lot of hats and they do their best to please patients in every way they can🙏 Dr Plasencia is so Professional. He explains everything so clearly and with care. Thank God for him. I come back over and over again because of Dr Plasencia and Awesome Staff. Jenna is a Super person, she greets you with kindness and respect 🌹 Thank You Jenna. God Bless You All❤️🙏

I have been coming here for over a year now for eye injections and have had nothing but pleasant visits. The staff is very friendly but professional at the same time. They make me feel comfortable and welcome every time. Great job guys if I could give you 10 stars I would.

I should have read the reviews before making an appointment. I had a problem with my left eye and waited 2 hours to be seen. I would have left but it was an upcoming holiday weekend and I needed to be seen. The office was a mess and I was seen by three different people. I had to assume the last one was the doctor as no one introduced themself. 2 different drops were prescribed and the pharmacy filled one but the other wasn’t covered under my insurance. The pharmacy left the doctor a message and it’s been 3 days now. I have also called and left a message for the doctor. The second time I called the doctor at the end of the day and the person who answered the phone sounded annoyed and said she just handed the message to the doctor and it would be taken care of today. Still waiting. I will not be returning. This office is very unprofessional.

New patients & we couldn't be HAPPIER!! Way better than where we had to get eyes examined!! Professional, no long waits, very curtious, super nice & from the Doc down Everyone was exceptionally knowledgeable. Great Place!!

They do not approve prescriptions in a timely manner, when i called today i was cut off twice, transferred to the Ocala office twice when i dialed Crystal River. Then i was cut off when the Crystal River iffice answered. Will be looking for a new place for eye care.
