Was told my insurance covered the optical exam sans the $35 fee by the staff, despite my protest that I didn't think it covered optical. Was told to use my insurance anyway and that yes, they ran it and it was completely covered and we were all good. Keep in mind up till now pricing has been rather mum, and I'm being told all I need to pay is 35, so I go ahead and get the eye exam, in full confidence that they know what they are doing better than me. Received a Bill for $174 today, and surprise, nothing was covered by my insurance. Don't let these people scam you out of your money and tell you otherwise, if I had known this would be the case I would never have gone to this location, and the sheer fact that they led me to believe I was payed up and covered despite not actually having that confirmation is some of the most unprofessional and dirty business practice I have ever seen.
