I had a very strange experience here. The exam seemed professional and complete but the eyeglass ordering process was bizarre. I ordered, paid, waited a couple weeks then got a text that they were ready for pickup. I went the next day, checked in, and was told to wait in the small waiting area. About 10 minutes later a younger woman brought me glasses in a case and handed them to me. She asked if they are what I ordered and if they fit. I was a bit surprised they didn't take me to one of the 5 eyeglass desks with mirrors so I could have a second to check them out. I asked if they could have the part around the ear adjusted to be similar to my current frame and was told no one was around to do that. I had to take them to a different shop for adjustment. I understand someone being out, maybe several people, but handing off a $600 pair of glasses in the lobby is wild stuff.
My husband and I both had our annual eye care appointments at Curtis Eye Care. We appreciated the kindness and professional care we received from Dr. Whitely and the entire staff that helped us. They showed their utmost care and concern for each of our individual needs.
From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. During my eye exam, the technician and Dr. were incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain each test and answer all my questions about my vision health, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I truly felt like a valued patient, not just another appointment. I highly recommend Curtis Eye Care.
Staff is very friendly, funny, and welcoming! Dr. Cornelius is incredible, very well spoken, informative, and friendly! Every one was on the same track; giving you the best experience possible. I’d see them twice a year :D
