My family and I have been seeing Dr. Goodfellow for 25 years or more. We have all been well taken care of and thoroughly examined at every appointment. The ladies at the desk are friendly and organized. The opticians always spend any time needed whether it’s an adjustment to my glasses or picking out new frames. They’re the best. Thank you for your superior customer service!

12 days ago I was involved in an accident out-of- state in which my prescription glasses were lost or destroyed. After returning to Grand Rapids and completing occupational and physical therapy sessions I was able to obtain en eye exam at Cutlerville Eye Care. Courtney Bieszczad, O.D. and her assistant, Kim, were able to take me through the process quickly and efficiently despite the fact that I was required to wear a special neck brace during the exam. Their extra care is greatly appreciated.

I have been seeing Dr. Butler for years, she is one of the best!! She does amazing with explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend scheduling with her!!

Kate was very rude on the phone. I called for a second opinion on a prescription knowing I’d pay out of pocket since my benefits were used. All they cared about was how I was going to pay. Very poor customer service. Went to Premier Family Eye care down the street instead. Very nice folks, got an appointment and they don’t mind that I do self-pay (aka pay in cash).

I have went to Cluterville Eye Care for years. My Doctor then was Dr. France but he retired and I continued to go. I now see a Dr. Crater and she is young but very professional and has helped me with an eye problem that has been bothering me. I trust her and her judgement and I know she cares about her patients and will give them the best care she can. I will continue to trust my eye care to Cluterville Eye Care.
