I noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, but so far the customer service I have received has been excellent. Anyone I have spoke to over the phone has had the best customer service I've dealt with in years. Also, after the call, there is a one question survey, asking if you would hire the customer service agent you just spoke to if you owned a customer service business. I have to go in tomorrow to get a spot checked out on my eyeball and I hope I receive the same customer service, I have so far. If I haven't, I will edit this review so if it's still up here, it was all excellent.

This is the worse customer service I've received from a local service. We needed to schedule another appointment after the wrong forms were signed & rather then help, they continually hung up. Definitely won't be back or refer the numerous fighters I mange to use these guys. Who performs a service and then refuses to allow us to follow up so we can confirm the service was done? Go somewhere else.
Surprisingly BAD The contact lens department is a nightmare. First you must talk to “ Chelsea” good luck “ she is not nice. A very difficult person to communicate with, she is Never friendly as seems like her job is to make the customer feel bad for needing any assistance at all. Unfortunately the only way to make an appointment is thru her. It will take sometimes up to a week before she will call you back and she does not ever answer her calls. I had a pair of contact lenses made that were terrible for my eyes. It was so difficult getting an appointment to get them corrected . I finally just gave up on GR Ophthalmology all together . I then was billed for services I did not have yet did pay for., The final problem was the eye dr I saw gave me a completely inaccurate prescription and diagnoses for my eye condition which then caused me even more problems with my vision. If I could have communicated this easily to the dr it would have been much better. I felt completely defeated with worse vision than before I sought help from them. I sure hope that isn’t how everyone is treated .
My eye exams go "ok". The staff on the exam side of the business are really friendly but my prescription never seemed to be a good fit. That was until I did my own research to figure out why the prescription was never right. After that, I asked the eye doctor about it and ended up finding it was what I needed to see well. It's a little disappointing that it wasn't considered earlier since it has been giving me headaches. I've told them it never seems to be the right prescription but it wasn't completely addressed prior to doing my own research. However, that's really my only complaint with this area of the business and the employees are friendly. My real frustration lies with the glasses department. The older lady is very rude and unwelcoming, which appears to be an issue with several other people in reviews. She never seems to be doing much, if anything, yet there's people with appointments waiting past their scheduled times just to quickly pick up an order. The young man who works in the glasses area is friendly and the only helpful one. They messed up my first prescription by inputting the wrong numbers for one of my lenses, so it was over 5 weeks before I finally received my glasses. I don't plan to purchase glasses from them again since they're 2-3x the cost than when I order from an online business. Not to mention, I get my online orders within a few days and don't have to wait weeks.
I walked in to ask some questions about what was needed for an eye injury. The lady behind the counter stated she had no time for me and or my questions and then I needed to take myself to urgent care and they would refer me to them afterwards. I thought this was very unprofessional seeing as several of my friends had referred to this business including the owner of my employment because of their professionalism and ability to get it the job done. So then I went to urgent care! They were a lot more helpful, nice and appreciative than your staff was!! Definitely told my friends and will not recommend you ever
