Dave help me readjust the stems of my glasses after they had bent out. Service was fast and free for a small task. (: Other places probably would've charged me, but always love coming here not having to worry about getting uncharged or taken advantage of. Great, fast, and welcoming customer service always.

What an absolutely amazing business! I broke my glasses last night and walked in today asking if they could repair them. I was told it would take about an hour, and honestly, at that point, I didn’t care how long it took. I was just grateful someone was willing to help. What stood out to me wasn’t just the quality of the repair—it was the genuine kindness, service with a smile, and the way they immediately made me feel like family. They could see how concerned I was because, without my glasses, I couldn’t see properly. They understood that I felt vulnerable and went above and beyond to help me. If you don’t struggle to see without your glasses, you may not fully understand what that experience feels like. But for me, having someone recognize that vulnerability and genuinely care meant so much. They fixed my glasses on a Saturday, treated me with incredible kindness, and turned a stressful situation into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Outstanding Performance & service from Justice at Custom Eyes. Justice was very friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable she looked up my medical coverage for my daughter which took less than a minute. Justice prepared all the paperwork work needed and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Custom Eyes to everyone looking for Outstanding customer service and support. This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced whilst getting glasses after our appointment. Our son is only 5, but the doctor here and the ladies that run the front office, are astounding! I cannot compliment this establishment enough; I’m only sad we didn’t find it sooner! Well oiled machine, from the kindness, the engagement and the positive energy! They also will try their best to find you the best deals with your insurance! My mind was boggled because of how good they were in every aspect. Will be returning, no matte how far we are because of the service level! Absolutely recommend!!!
