I had an amazing experience dealing with Fred and Susan at Custom Eyes. I was a customer many years ago and I was reminded why I will never go anywhere else again for my frames and lenses. They were both extremely knowledgeable about their products and customized my frames for my needs without trying to sell me add-ons which I did not need. Fantastic service and great prices is why I will return again and again!
What a great experience! Not only did they take great care of us, but they were quick getting our new glasses to our daughter. The owners were so patient with us while she went through all the possible pairs at least twice and they made sure they were a perfect fit and the style she wanted. We will always be going here from now on!
If you remember as a child being fitted for shoes, and the experience was good, this is the place to come for custom fitting of your next pair of glasses. Fred and Suzie Havelock are true professionals. They know their business and are great with customer service. The selection of frames is excellent. You will be fitted perfectly and treated well. My Wife and I highly recommend Custom Eyes.
I've been coming to Custom Eyes for most of my life for vision needs; Fred & Susan are amazing, they're always upfront, honest and helpful. They offer a wide range of frames for adults and kids, can get you the best deals on contacts and are a true family-run business who do everything themselves and the attention to detail shows. They feel like family after so long, and are a great gem.
We have been buying our family’s eyeglasses and contacts at Custom Eyes for over 20 years. Fred and Susan have provided us exceptional service and products for all of these years. Very friendly service and always helpful with adjustments and repairs. Highly recommend!
