I've been going to this optometry for about 10 years now and staff is very friendly. They have a petty good selection on eyewear however they have discontinued a couple of my favorite brands. In addition they have a really quick turnaround, just shy of a week. 👍🏼
I highly recommend Custom Eyes Optometry. I have been a patient for probably 20 years and have had excellent, friendly and highly professional care from both Doctors and their entire staff. Today I had my first annual checkup since I had cataract surgery and lenses replacement 6 months ago. Dr. Mike referred me to a top knotch surgeon and clinic and I had the best experience with no issues at all. I have confidence that I am in very good care and since I do need a very slight prescription after my surgery I am able to get a very good discount with my eye insurance. I am extremely pleased with this practice and encourage anyone who is in need of a family Eye doctor to get an appointment with them. Yiu will nit be sorry!
Been a patient for years. Then I had changed insurance so needed to find other Dr., which were just horiable experiences especially with one who made my glasses 2 times and still not right. And THEY told me I just needed to live with the RX which was like looking through a coke bottle. Glad to be back home where Dr B and his staff take the time to take care of my eyes. The kindness and care I find here sould be the benchmark for all Optometrist, as well as all medical providers. He goes beyond in ensuring proper eye care. THANK YOU
Intake was ok, could be a little friendlier. The optometrist was great, best part of the experience. The woman that explained the glasses program was nice. However, she said she was going to email me my prescription later that day. 4 days later still nothing.
I absolutely love Dr. Bourgoin. He’s so thorough, knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. I never feel rushed and I can always ask questions. His answers are totally understandable and succinct. I wish all Doctors had his capabilities combined with a kind and gentle presence! Also his staff is wonderful…….so helpful, well trained and kind. I highly recommend Custom Eyes Optometry to anyone and everyone!!
