I can’t recommend Dr. Cynthia Kiernan and her team highly enough! Scheduling appointments is always easy, and I’ve never had any issues getting in when I need to. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone in the office is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Shiraishi is wonderful. She truly takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel heard. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and has a great sense of humor that makes appointments enjoyable rather than stressful. I always feel comfortable and well cared for during my visits. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider and office staff who consistently make patients feel so valued. I genuinely look forward to my annual eye exam every year. If you’re looking for an optometrist who combines excellent care with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, Dr. Shiraishi is the best!

Dr. Kiernan is outstanding. Very caring, confident, and competent. She goes above and beyond. I'm 80 years old and started wearing glasses when I was 4. So, I've seen a lot of eye doctors. She is the best. These days, my eyes are difficult to determine a prescription for, but Dr. Kiernan persists and gets it done. I highly recommend her. :)

Dr. Cynthia Kiernan was great. She is totally professional, super friendly, experienced in her practice and just a pleasure to deal with. Her staff was just as professional and friendly as the doctor. It was easy to get an appointment and I was seen on time at my appointment. All my issues were discussed and answered to my satisfaction. I will definitely go back as needed. Thank you Dr. Kiernan and staff. Thanks again, Tom.

By far the most personable/friendly optometrist in the southwest United States. I never thought I’d have a favorite optometrist until today lol… Dr. Kiernan is an awesome doctor and person. You’re in great hands here.
