Dr Quist did a very thorough exam on my eyes that I have been having issues with. He explained everything in words that we can easily understand and was extremely patient with me. He gave a good recommendation for who I need to see next. I am extremely happy with the care given and the entire staff. I highly recommend Dakota Vision and Dr. Quist. Thank you!!
The staff got me in when I called about something in my eye. Dr. Johnson was able to remove it easily. The whole staff was cheerful and helpful on the day before a holiday weekend. My eye feels so much better and I am so grateful for their help.
I would give this place one star but the initial visit and ordering prescription sunglasses went well. Staff was pleasant, accepted ins, had me meet select few styles I was looking for. Until picking them, went south very quickly. Rerouted my day to pick up my prescription. Immediately said wrong ones not what I ordered. No "sorry" we'd be happy to get the correct ones asap. Nothing but a blank look and our manager will call 🤷♂️. No, no thanks. Just refund, oh manager will have to do that. Fine. 1.5 hours goes by I had to call this place to confirm my refund, got not even a real apology. Yes refund is pending, and allegedly my ins was reset. I'm super disappointed in the complete lack of responsibility taken. I guess I'm going elsewhere.
I moved to Sioux Falls recently and was in need of an eye appointment. Everyone, from the receptionists to the opticians to the doctors, was so friendly! Scheduling was quick and easy. I saw Dr. Anderson and she was great. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Fees were similar to other private practice offices I’ve been to in the past. Overall, I would recommend Dakota Vision Center to anyone looking for great eye care!
Super friendly staff at the front desk! The optometrist assistant was very friendly and so was the doctor. The doctor was thorough and asked if I had any questions and answered the questions that I had. The office has recently been remodeled and it looks really fabulous! This was my first time going to Dakota Vision Center but plan on continuing my eye care here.
