I was welcomed at the check in desk warmly and professionally. Shortly thereafter I was approached by a young lady who also welcomed me, explained a few things to me and then escorted me upstairs for my procedure. Welcomed once again by a very friendly lady at the surgery check in desk. In just a few short minutes, I was approached by another very nice young lady who escorted me back into the surgical area. She took my blood pressure, checked my pulse and explained what was going to be happening, prep meds, etc. and also who would be seeing me next (anesthesiologist {another very friendly professional} a young Dr. who asked how I was being treated {Great I replied}, etc.) before I went into surgery. She very kindly wrote down a few of my BP readings which I appreciated. And the icing on the cake was when I was in surgery and the "great empresario'" Dr. Berdahl, so kindly treated me to his singing talents. Bottom line, I could not have been treated any better, more friendly or professionally. And to be perfectly honest, I did enjoy and appreciate Dr. Berdahl's singing. It was relaxing and reassuring in my minds eye. Thanka to all for a great experience. Doug
