Today I want to talk about the wonderful Customer Service, I received at Dalmo. I am a US Navy Retired (24 years) E-8. I was frantically, looking for a glass repair Store it was very late. I saw that Dalmo Optical closed at 7:00 pm so I followed the GPS and went in. From the moment I arrive everyone was extremely pleasant. My glasses were missing a small screw without asking any questions Ms Sophia took my glasses and started to repair them. I received all my care from the VA in Pittsburgh, but I knew they were not able to repair it tonight. Within five minutes of being a demo, my glasses were repaired. I am so grateful for what they did for me. They could've easily said they couldn't do it. I am sure that take care of everybody the way they took care of me today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Lovely local ophthalmologist, with an awesome team! Dr. Dalmo is welcoming and gets you in and out, while addressing any concerns. Michelle was super helpful getting me set up with frames and walking me through the insurance/payment breakdown! From the initial call to walking out the door, I never had an unsatisfactory moment. I highly recommend Dalmo Optical!

Women at the front desk are informative and helped speed along the process of getting my new glasses. Fairly affordable, but a tad hut on the pricey side. Will be going back next year with my family.

Very nice staff from the optomologist to the representatives in the front , experience was easy, the eye exam and my concerns eye dr answered ,and to pick out glasses , I just picked them up , lovely tint to match the frame , I loved the entire time , I do highly recommend dalmo optical, I give them a 10

Dr Lisa and office staff are wonderful. Very through eye exam and very good advice from the Dr. Office staff is very personable. Not sure why people are saying charges aren’t up front. Every time my husband and I have gone there, we were always told up front what our insurance covered and what is owed out of pocket based on any upgrades we chose. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Lisa is a caring and knowledgeable provider.
