I have never felt so unheard and dismissed by a doctor before. Dr. Gregory placed me in progressives. I told him it was blurry and something seems not right. He told me to wear them for 2 weeks it's just my brain and eyes adjusting. I called back about 4 days later - I couldn't see to drive or read at all. He got very annoyed with me. He was rude and talked down to me. I felt belittled and made to feel crazy because I struggled to see. He was sure to tell me that he did the prescription correctly and it's me not giving it a chance. So I obliged and gave it a good chance (headaches and all). I could not wear them to drive as it was dangerous. I called back and was told he would contact me. A few weeks later I received calls from a number. They were not leaving a message. I finally looked up the number to realize it was him calling. I called back. I put him on speaker phone so my husband could hear how he spoke to me. My husband was astounded. Dr. Gregory again was clearly annoyed by me. Insisted I would need glasses "like my grand parents wore" - his words - meaning bifocals. I questioned whether we could recheck the progressives maybe something was off. He quickly cut me off and said come in I'll give you a refund then hung up. He clearly doesn't believe that a mistake could of happened on his part. By the way my appt was in March. It's now September. 5/6 months later I'm without glasses and need to start all over with a doctor. I would never go back here!
