They cancelled/changed my contact lens trials multiple times without notifying me which resulted in a series of delays in ordering my contacts. They charge a $50 contact lens fitting fee which they do not tell you about up front - it’s not covered by most insurance policies. They also do not reliably open the store at the time listed online.
I’ve been going to this eye doctor for many years. Every time I’ve been there it’s usually a good experience. I call to make myself an eye exam appointment and they tell me they no longer take my insurance. Lovely, all those years with a do it gone.
The Eye Gallery is the best! Scott is the best! He makes the experience well worth it and is just a genuine person! Also Megan is a wonderful person who will help you in any way she can! Great place!!! HIGHLY recommend giving them your business!!!!
The staff at Eye Gallery is always helpful & friendly! They can fix just about any frame! For a small family owned business they have quite a selection. We always have a good time picking frames! Scott & Megan are very patient for picky people like me 😆
They charge double what one might find on line for contacts even with a discounted price. They do not match the price of contacts you find. They don’t want your business. The eye exam was so off, based on figures I told him with out looking at my prescription. He put me in lens too week. He got frustrated with me when I couldn’t keep my eyes open for the exam, and just stoped the exam, with previous eye surgery my eyes have light-sensitivity. The woman at the counter is not nice, never smiles. They sure as heck charged my insurance and then over charged me... never again!
