I got the date mixed up but the very nice employee said could I come back at 12:30 am. So I did everything went well very professional employees picked out new glasses with their advice. She used my insurance for a discount paid and on my way home. Great Job! In a few weeks I'll get my glasses.

I had a very good experience. The staff was courteous and professional and Amber was very helpful in helping me select frames. She is ordering the frame I like in a smaller size as I like a more snug fit!

Nice place. Super friendly staff, very kind and helpful. Dr. Burch is wonderful and helped me understand more about my eye health.

Spoke to the front desk lady who is rude and unprofessional and not pleasant. She was so rude that was talking over me and did not even know much information not until I had to tell her what she should’ve been doing in terms of her job. Example: Looking up my insurance when I told her what type of insurance I have . She could not remember what I was saying because she was rudely talking over me. This is beyond unprofessional and she hung up the phone 2 times. If I can give this a zero, I would definitely rate this a zero. This individual does not know how to handle customers at all.

My family has been going to Danada Vision for over 20 years. We love Dr Burch. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always fits us with the right contacts and eyeglasses. His staff is also very helpful. We actually look forward to our trips to the eye doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
