My experiences at this store convince me that customers aren't a priority. Employees stand around in clusters and/or play on their phones. When I talked to the manager about children riding the mobility carts, she said it was fine - they had her permission. My mother-in-law (who needs one) has been unable to use them at times due to this. Again, customers come last.

I'm really over the construction. I don't think the changes make any sense. I understand small changes are necessary just in general, but this was really just frustrating. The personal shoppers are rude. They don't have a care in the world about the people that actually showed up to do their own shopping. And I don't know how some of their leadership even got jobs there let alone supervising people.

The store is fine. I take issue with the fact they allow kids to ride the mobility scooters and my 86 year old mom who broke her back last year has been unable to access one. We've brought this up to management and were dismissed. Guess they don't care...

genuinely such a frustrating experience every time i end up having to go there. only ever go for stuff that target wouldn’t have (such as electronics), but employees are always either nowhere to be found or breathing down your neck when you need something unlocked. then they’ll perp walk you to the front to purchase it unless you’re lucky enough to have an employee in electronics. remodel makes everything 10x more frustrating, everything is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. aisles in different spots every time you have the misfortune of stopping here. app is entirely useless. it’ll say they have something in stock then you get there and its nowhere to be found. sometimes, it wont even have a spot on the shelves. and good luck ordering it for pickup — then they’ll suddenly only then realize they do not, in fact, have the item. on multiple occasions i’ve had to go up to the hastings walmart to pick something up that the red wing walmart claimed to have until it was ordered. it very much gives off a ‘why would you want to purchase something at our STORE??’ vibe. the employees arent bad most of the time, i think the issue is far more rooted in management and walmart corporate itself. long winded, but i really really dislike this walmart. may the odds be ever in your favor if you decide to try to purchase anything but groceries here.

Overall store is clean compared to many other Walmart stores I have visited. Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. Workers have been very helpful and knowledgeable in the times I have needed there service. I have also visited the auto service center for many oil changes and I'm always very happy with my results and pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable the workers seem to be at this location.
