Pearle Vision

I saw Dr. Crutchmer today for my yearly exam. I had an incident with my eye 4 days ago. Had some odd things happening at the time of my appointment with her. She was very concerned and did a very thorough exam on my eyes, my heart rate was extremely high and odd for me, she recommended that I go to the ER so I did. At around 6:30 PM she called to check on me and asked if she could send my Primary Care physician a letter. I had never met her until my appointment today. I must tell you how impressed I am that she, as well as the other Dr's I have seen here are so kind and truly caring they are. I am blessed. 😀😀

I have always been impressed over the past 5 years with the people here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the selection of frames is very good. Most important, the doctors are outstanding and I feel very confident in the care that I and my wife receive. Truly outstanding people!

I was visiting red wing when my glasses broke. I walked in, was met with freindly smiles. They promptly repaired my glasses at no charge even though Im not a pearlescent vision customer. Nice clean well organized store and staff. thanks

Stopped in to inquire about post cataract surgery glasses. A nice young man was assisting me, for no reason a woman stepped up, cut him off and rudely started talking about insurance, Medicare etc...in a hostile tone (I was so shocked, unfortunately, I didn't get her name) I said nothing, turned and walked out. I will never go there again and advise others to do the same.

I had my first visit today with Pearle Vision, Red Wing. The entire staff were professional, kind, and courteous. Being new to this process, I felt heard and understood. I watched as staff assisted other patients around me, with the same focus and enthusiasm. Highly impressed. Highly recommend!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
