Appreciated my appointment being on time. Front office was terrific. Dr. Davidson is very competent. I have trusted his excellent care for many years. He is always thorough, and clearly communicates the results of my eye exams.

Convenient location. Very polite front desk staff. The doctor was extremely courteous and helpful! Explained the issues very clearly. He too ample time to attend to my eye exam. The receptionist didn’t push me to purchase unnecessary additions to my prescription glasses. Explained to me the insurance breakdown and benefits in plain language. Highly recommend this eye exam place and the doctor.
I’ve had great experiences at this Visionworks before and have recommended it to friends and family, some of whom purchased glasses there. That’s why today’s experiences were especially disappointing to a loyal customer. I was turned away for arriving 12 minutes late due to a strict 10-minute grace period—something that was never mentioned in the appointment confirmation. While I understand being late is partly my responsibility, the policy wasn’t communicated at all. What’s more frustrating is that when I called two days ago to make the appointment, I was told an hour wouldn’t be enough due to delays from late patients and paperwork. Yet today, I was told the appointment only takes 20 minutes and that I had “almost completely missed it.” This contradiction made it feel like they were saying whatever suited their needs rather than providing consistent, factual information. I won’t be returning and will advise others to avoid this location.
I am a regular customer and always receive outstanding service. Yet, my visit yesterday was exceptional in every respect. I received superb customer service and outstanding professional care. Jasmine, my consultant was knowledgeable and extremely customer friendly. She wanted to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend the Tysons Corner Visionworks office.
