Getting an appointment can sometimes be difficult but the practice has a very friendly and competent front desk team and excellent doctors. They generally work on schedule, too. No excessively long waits!

i’m giving this Practice five stars not just because their front desk staff was nice, but mostly because Dr. Brendan Tamm was The most thorough, caring, kind, and professional doctor that I have seen in a very long time. He listened to what I had to say, he actually made eye contact with me, sat down, discussed my results with me and really explained what they meant. He took the time to make sure that I was reassured and understood the information that was being discussed. While I will be following up with Dr. Tamm for a different reason, we found out he’s not who we thought he was! When I called the office to make an appointment, I was under the impression I was making an appointment to see a Neuro ophthalmologist. My insurance has this practice listed as Neuro ophthalmologists. Dr. Tamm ended up recommending a Neuro ophthalmologist for me lol. He gave me a list of his recommendations. While he wasn’t the type of doctor that I thought I was seeing, I’m so glad that we found him. I will be returning for a follow up with Dr. Tamm. My husband made a new patient appointment, and we are going to make an appointment for our daughter as well. We live in Frederick Maryland. This office is in McLean Virginia. It is well worth the drive.

Staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth. The tech who performed the tests was friendly and efficient. Mr. Segal was great, as usual. Highly recommend.

I sent my brother with my mother whom I take care of. However, my brother was not able to answer the doctor’s question. So he was kind enough to speak to me over the phone. It felt like I was there with her. I truly appreciated that!
