My daughter had an issue with her contact this afternoon, so we walked in to see if an optometrist could help. The person at the front desk was super friendly as well as Dr. Chan who took a look and helped. I’m very thankful and will definitely go back when it’s time for an exam.
Staff was very friendly during my visit but the Ralph Lauren frames I bought have repeatedly fallen apart. Just found out that the extra "warranty" I bought in reality only lasts 30 days, so I spent hundreds of $$ on a pair of glasses that lasted me 4 months. : (
