Fantastic experience! Even though they were busy, everyone was extremely helpful and incredibly nice. The front desk worked with me to figure out an insurance issue, the Doc went out of her way to explain everything to me, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right options and frames to suit my needs and budget. Great vibe, it felt like they actually cared about me, which is hard to find nowadays.

Have tried calling in for the last 10 minutes and 4 times now they have hung up on me before even getting to talking to a real person. My call has been going through their system, I’m on hold, I then hear someone pick up the phone and drop it instantly. This has happened 4 times now. I don’t have time to drive 50 mins just for a question so I thought I’d call, but it’s too much for someone working the desk there to answer it. EDIT : Went in later that day to fix my glasses and they were prompt and nice while fixing them. It's very nice once you get in there the phones made me a little mad tho lol

We've been to several Visionworks in the Northern VA area over the years and this is by far the best! The doctor was incredibly helpful, no one was pushy and everyone was so nice. I think this location is a prime example of what happens when the staff genuinely care about their customers. Harley was especially kind and made my child feel at ease. I really can't say enough about how great the experience was!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at VisionWorks in Leesburg. I was really impressed with the entire visit. Dr. Chang was exceptional—so kind and professional. At the same time, Abeer did my pre-test and helped me pick out my glasses. She was truly amazing. I left feeling very happy and confident with my new glasses!
