A huge selection but way over priced. For what they charge, they could at least give you a cleaning cloth and cleaning solution for your glasses. Furthermore, they verified my insurance and told me that some of the cost would be covered by Medicare and that I'd be getting a check for $100. That did not happen. It was not covered, they are out of network, yet they didn't bother to refund me that $100 that I was expecting as part of the deal for getting glasses there.

I walked in to see if they can help me adjust a pair of glasses I purchased recently. I was transparent about not buying it from them. The person (the owner I think) agreed to adjust them after she gave me grief about buying an expensive pair from another boutique. She assumed I bought it online without trying them on, both untrue. Without explaining what she was about to do, she started bending the temple tips immediately and when I enquired if something can be done with the nose pads because they were digging at my skin, she mumbled under her breath and walked off with them. She came back and immediately announced in a rude and condescending tone that she's not going replace them if she breaks them given that I didn't purchase it from them. If that's the policy then she should have declined to adjust my glasses to begin with. Instead she chose to be rude and annoyed with me. Not going back here ever again.
Tina and Ethan at Fairmount Circle were incredibly helpful in helping me with lens and frame issues. Their communication, care and kindness went a long way. We have been customers for many years and truly appreciate their professionalism and customer care. We will continue supporting this local gem.
Been getting my glasses at Park for over 30 years. Husband went in for eye exam with me. This was a rescheduled appointment due to Park canceling weeks earlier. I too had to reschedule due to Park canceling. Both Kathy and the other lady working with her were so disrespectful and rude to both my husband and myself saying the weather will be bad, Dr. lives far away, etc... I have spent thousands on glasses over the years and was completely shocked at the rudeness and poor quality of service. I had my exam done that day and my husband was so disgusted he did not want anything from this business after being treated so poorly. I had a script printed and both ladies went into the back room and never came out to assist with frames, etc... Service from this establishment, family business or otherwise, has tremendously declined. Their glasses are expensive, but even worse, customer service poor. Taking my business elsewhere.
Every person ParkOpticians His knowledgeable and helpful. It's my Go To place every year for sunglasses and prescription glasses.
