I had such a great experience with Dr. Tom! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and making sure they receive the best care possible. My daughter and I had our first eye exams here, and we both ended up needing reading glasses. The doctor was very thorough, took the time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable throughout the exam. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful in assisting us with selecting our glasses. Some additional lens options were initially recommended, but after discussing our needs, they worked with us to find the best solution. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and we truly appreciated their excellent customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Tom has been a great eye doctor for me. He is fast but intentional and is invested in all of his patients. My previous eye doctors had messed up my prescription, but I hadn’t noticed for so long since one eye was ok. Thankfully when my family and I came here we were given the best care we have ever had from an eye doctor from Dr. Gregory. He actually went in depth with us explaining everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. I’ve had glasses for over a decade, but this was the first times my eyes were ever dilated with the eye drops. He is professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic. If you think anything is wrong with your prescription, I highly recommend you come here. I also have to mention the man that helped find my frames Leo. He was very knowledgeable in not only frame selection, but lens selection too. He showed me how I can get glasses that change to being sunglasses automatically! How cool is that!? He also broke down each individual price for me, so a I could see the breakdown and where each charge was coming from. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic as well. Those two were a blessing in disguise for my family, so please visit!
