Darlington Clinic Eye Center (Southwest Health)

Appointment was made quickly. I arrived early and got in early. Everyone was respectful and kind but didn’t shy away from providing information that was necessary but can be difficult to discuss. Warm, welcoming environment. They even made sure to have easy to clean distractions for kids in the exam room. And I hear they have some pretty cool cartoon bandaids available too (though that I did not see first hand). Overall, as someone who hates medical buildings and seeing the doctor, they made the process as painful as free for me as possible.

Made every effort to reschedule my appointment when my surgery was postponed. Fit me in for some unscheduled blood work. Reception is always very nice. My primary - Kiley is very nice & attentive.

They always treat people with kindness and respect. There you are a person and not a number. I can't say enough about my doctor. She found out that it has been years since I had some tests done that were suppose to be yearly. She is very laid back when you are there to see her. Never seems to be in a rush at your appointment. I am so glad I switched to going to Southwest Health in Darlington and Platteville.

Every one was very nice and kind. Helped understand what was going on and explained all that they were doing. Very nice experience there. 1st time we were there.

Very pleased with the Health Care that this facility gives. Appointments are always on time with very little waiting. The entire staff is the best.
