The staff and the doctors were very nice but I have taken my glasses back two or three times and they still can't seem to get them right I got the progressive lens they were $65 extra and then when I get my second pair back the same problem I have not been able to wear the new glasses I'm back wearing my old glasses I called them and asked them about a refund they said there is no refund. my insurance paid for most of it but I will still stuck paying I think it was 165 for them. Just call them they want me to bring them back and see what can be done it's very aggravating to pay that kind of money for glasses and not be able to wear them. I have insurance but I was still charged $90.00 and 65.00 I think that's what it was 65 the first time. 90 the second time plus whatever was charged to my insurance. I am very unsatisfied with them and the time the effort and the cost of gas to go back and forth to them to get them right I don't live in Marianna and I am a disabled.. so I just can't run back and forth to Marianna to get my glasses right.. Walmart got them right my first pair but I figured I would give someone else a chance to do my second pair. I will be using Walmart from here on out.. I don't understand why they just can't take the useless glasses back and refund me my money?!?! Lesson learned

Great place and friendly staff. It just took too long to get my glasses back. When there April 27 for an eye exam and got my glasses back on May 27.

Went for an eye exam, he couldn't figure out the prescription, so he just shrugged his shoulder and literally said "guess you were born with weird eyes" I know inl have on near sighted, one far sighted eye. But he didnt even bother to check. Im guessing its because im on MEDICAID, he just didnt want to put effort into someone who isn't paying him as much. They never even offered to adjust my glasses. I had to go somewhere else for that. I wish I could do -5 stars. The staff was good but it was just incredibly obvious that the doctor, and the woman who picked out my frames for me do not care about the quality of service they provide.

Office waiting room was pleasant, staff was friendly, and I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Then, once office assistant had completed her tests with me, I was seen by Dr. Davis about 15 minutes later. He was cordial and personable. He helped arrange further accommodations for me to undergo cataract surgery. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I love Jeff so much. He saved my vision a few years ago when found me with a detached retina and got me to see a specialist for corrective surgery. I know he will always do his best to take care of me and my sight! Love 💕 you Jeff!
