We had a great experience! We originally chose this office because we know Heather, and she is truly the sweetest, but every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful. The building itself feels brand new, is beautiful, and was incredibly clean. We had appointments for both of my daughters and myself, and there was virtually no wait—they took us back right away. Before we saw Dr. Bird, Mary helped us with the initial exams, and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Bird came in and was fantastic, incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and showed us exactly what was going on with my daughter’s eyes so we could fully understand. We never felt rushed, and he made sure all of our questions were answered. From start to finish, the entire experience was great. We left feeling well taken care of, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bird and his entire team to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.
