Davison Vision Center provides excellent care overall. Dr. Coriasso is knowledgeable and truly great with patients, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with “R” at the front desk was very disappointing. She was rude, condescending, and repeatedly talked over me when I tried to ask questions. When I brought the rudeness to her attention, she escalated her awful behavior to the highest level before disconnecting the phone during our conversation. That level of customer service was unexpected and unacceptable. “R” could greatly benefit from training if she continues working in a customer-facing role. Despite years of going there, and the professionalism of Dr. Coriasso and most of the staff, I will not return to an establishment that employs and condones such staff behavior. Note: Dr. Cariasso offered a refund on the lenses. Unfortunately, he lost a long-time customer based on the immaturity of one staff person.
