I came in as a new patient after not having an eye exam in over 10+ years. Very fast, efficient staff members from the moment I walked in the door to leaving. Dr. Wells is amazing and was very thorough. Cami is very efficient and knows what she’s doing! Wanted to shout out Taylor and Kenny as well for being kind and explaining how things work. Everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend any new patient here!
The office environment is warm and welcoming. The care team professional and friendly. Dr. Wells is outstanding! Appreciated her thoroughness, along with explanations about the health of my eyes. Knowledgeable. Lastly, very personable! Thank you for an informative appointment, along with a caring approach.
Dr. Megan Wells was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She explained every question I had. Not only did she dial in my difficult eye prescription, she come up with a plan of action, all in a very short amount of time. I will be definitely looking forward to seeing her again and I would highly recommend Dr. Wells for my friends and family. What a great Doctor and what a great place to visit.
Dr. Gilbert was SO good to me!! I was very pleasantly surprised. He actually LISTENED to me! Cami and Jenny were very professional and competent. And welcoming. Even the front office staff were great.
If you are looking for a new optometrist, look no further than this office. The front desk people are efficient and pleasant. Dr. Wells and her assistant explain all procedures carefully and pause to make sure you understand. Every time I go they seem to have a new piece of equipment—I like that they provide the most current care possible. They don’t pressure you into adding on additional services or treatments that aren’t covered by insurance. The techs who help you with glasses selection are great. This is a wonderful place for eye care!
