Daytona Eye Center

It started with Debbie. Super nice, very helpful. Honest with her opions on which frames looked the best on me. I have a terrible time choosing for myself. Then Dawn brought me back for my pre tests. She's is super sweet too. Dr. Broome was super professional and very kind. Tristan wrapped up my pleasant experience with insuring me I would have my glasses for vacation. YAY!!!!!!! Daytona Eye Center has a lot of patients and patience!!!!! Affordable and that is so important today!!!! Don't support the greedy corporations, support the ones that care!!!!!!

I originally brought my son here last year for an eye exam and he ended up needing a pair of glasses. Long story short he lost the glasses so I called a few months ago to see if I can get them replaced. I was told to wait until July 3rd so that the insurance could cover the cost! Today is July 30th and I called back to see if he needed an appointment or if he could just be a walk in. A woman by the name of Debbie answered and first off very rude demeanor. I could even finish getting out what I was trying to say before she was cutting me off asking for his name and D.o.b. I gave her the information and she informed me that he needed another eye exam. At this point I’m confused because why would he need another eye exam when he only lost the glasses and needs a replacement. So I asked her if we could just come in to get the glasses replaced because he already had an exam done. Debbie seemed to get annoyed because I said that and kept trying to insist that my child get another eye exam. After a little back and fourth I finally said NO we’ll just come in tomorrow and get another pair. She got really quite instead of her explaining to me that I didn’t need an appointment she just sat there then when I said something else she said is there anything else. Just absolutely rude for no reason. I called back to see if I could get a supervisor and turns out she’s the damn manager so I spoke to someone name Tracy who was a lot more pleasant and better explained what I need to do versus trying to force me and being rude about it. I definitely don’t recommend dealing with Debbie aka Karen!

Dawn was excellent. She took the time to make sure my prescription was exactly right! And, the exam was very thorough. I am totally satisfied with my new glasses from Daytona Eye Center

Today I had the pleasure of being examined by Mr. Frank Broom ! A charming gentleman indeed. The entire office staff was also amazing , Mr Broom has created a wonderful Eye Center . Family owned and operated without the Corporate ( cold ) mindset. I can honestly say we ( my wife and I both ) totally enjoyed the experience of this wonderful facility. If you’re looking for outstanding Optometrist/Optician , do yourself a favor and let the Daytona Eye Center get you in the right way. Thanks again to Dr Broom Sr. and all the wonderful staff , they are the BEST !

I was traveling in the Daytona area and had an urgent eye care need. I called the Daytona Eye Center and explained my concerns. They were friendly and compassionate. They told me to come right over and even stayed a few minutes late to help me. I highly recommend this practice. They are professional and again compassionate. They went above and beyond what was expected. The level of care they provided was excellent.
