I had two visit all ready.and i have no issues being seen on time the whole team was extremely curious and kind.they have a great system on how to move patients from one test to another with hardly no waiting at all. I am having eye treatment and it is working I am very satisfied with my Doctors she is very nice and caring. She always asking before she starts the treatment if I feel any pain before she starts. What can I say but Awesome Staff and Doctor Rocky Nelms.

Very nice staff ,however way over booked. My eyes were dilated and test done timely, Staff helpful. However, too many patients a hour and twenty minutes after tests completed I asked how much longer and was told still three patients ahead of me . I asked since my tests were completed could I return with an appointment that would be timely and get my results. Manager said I would have to re do the tests again. That is ridiculous! There is no way I could get an appointment on results from today , that’s their policy. With only one doctor on and it’s been over an hour and a half already . I left , no one carried. The time spent by myself and others there were to be expected accordingly to receptionist . Ridiculous way to run a business. No appreciation for anyone’s time but theirs. Good luck .

The entire staff is always so cheerfull. You can tell they love their job and working with each other. They have always been compassionate and caring. I've been a patient for many years and have never had a bad experience! I would definetly recommend this GOLD STAR TEAM!

We took my wife Linda went to see Dr Burnard for sudden vision loss in her right eye, and he was great! But when we went to Dr Yehia for our follow up we went in to retake Linda’s eye tests at 12:45. Then we went to the waiting room about 1:15. At 5:00 (closing time) we STILL hadn’t seen Dr Yehia. No one offered any explanation as to why. After we finally got in to see Dr Yehia about 5:15 she was very good. When I asked her about the delay she said she was the only doctor there. The clinic only has one doctor per location; they are short-staffed, so it’s not the doctor’s fault or the staff. It’s just a really poor business model. They schedule in a boatload of patients then expect the doc to see all of them. So bottom line, great doctors, but horrible efficiency and not at all patient friendly.
